SDF year-end meeting and 2025 look ahead

Reflection on 2024 and achievements

What an incredible year we’ve had at SDF Horti Software! 2024 was packed with innovative developments, impressive projects, valuable customer interactions, and new collaborations. Recently, we took a thorough look back at the year 2024. We were guests at our client Ammerlaan TGI (The Green Innovator), a company that truly lives up to its name. After our meeting, we were given an impressive tour of the company and proudly heard about their geothermal energy project.

Thanks to valuable feedback from our clients, our helpdesk has made significant progress. We’ve optimized processes by introducing KanBan methodologies, activating a customer/ticket portal, and implementing a new handling procedure. This has led to more efficient ticket resolution, less phone traffic, and a reduced workload for our team, resulting in higher customer satisfaction.

Consultancy, Product Development, and new collaborations

In consultancy, we focused on strengthening customer relationships and adding more value. Through closer collaboration with the sales team, we achieved great success. We worked hard on improving our products and the quality of our software deliveries. For example, we introduced smaller software releases and aligned Salesflow both technically and functionally with Floriday. Growflow now has a more user-friendly interface, and Hortiflow has been further developed with automated cart planning, ready for release.

We are also proud of the progress of our new Greenhouse Manager, developed in collaboration with HAWE. This product will control the gutter and table systems and will be included as standard in future HAWE projects. In 2025, we aim to have this product, built on a new platform, operational with a joint customer.

Marketing, events, and online visibility

Our marketing efforts have had a noticeable impact. We participated in trade shows like GreenTech Amsterdam and organized successful events, including the SDF Knowledge Event and customer panel meetings. The launch of the new KUBO Groep corporate identity was a significant milestone, and we’ve strengthened our online presence with blogs, customer cases, and social media campaigns.

Plans for 2025: Growth and Innovation

With a solid and ambitious budget for 2025, we are looking forward to a year of growth and further professionalization of our organization. We will continue to focus on improving the quality of our software through smaller, more frequent releases and enhanced testing procedures. The 2025 product roadmap includes exciting new functionalities for Hortiflow, Salesflow, and Stockflow. We will also continue to invest in our IT infrastructure, including server migrations and Jira optimization.

In addition, we are focused on achieving our sales targets by selling new and innovative products and improving our processes. To further strengthen our team, we have open positions for software architects, software consultants, and helpdesk staff.

We can be incredibly proud of everything we’ve achieved together in 2024. In the coming year, we are ready to continue working together, innovating, and growing. We look forward to a successful 2025, where we will continue to make our ambitions a reality. 🚀
